Somatic coaching recognizes the intricate relationship between the mind and body and respects the connection between our current thoughts, feelings, and beliefs and the deeply-held traumas we carry in our bodies.  My work seeks to strengthen the pathways in the nervous system that lead us back to states of well-being and connection. With me, you will learn how to resource and fortify your system, shift reflexive response habits that no longer serve you, and access your own innate capacity to heal, connect, and meet each moment from a place of wholeness and potential.
